KAFFRINE REGION

Where We Work

The Foundation for a Healthier Senegal has an office in the Kaffrine Region. Our work primarily benefits the rural Senegalese villages of Nganda, Ndankou, Mina, Kelimane and Medina bordering Gambia, that is home to roughly 200,000 residents.

Additionally, we focus on optimizing sustainability of our health projects by forming long-lasting, collaborative relationships with communities. We cannot improve outcomes in isolation. Instead, we work with communities to co-create programs that are appropriate for them and the environment in which they live.
