Ndeye’s journey spans continents and industries, from biologics manufacturing and drug development to global supply chains and commercial strategy. With a career rooted in the biopharma sector, she has led transformative projects across complex markets, driven partnerships that have moved the needle in health equity, and built scalable roadmaps for growth and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of GlobalImpact Bio Consulting, she currently advises health and pharmaceutical companies on expanding operations in emerging markets.
Yet despite the scale of her work, Ndeye’s approach is always personal. “I believe that access to healthcare is a right regardless of your geographical location,” she says. It’s this conviction that led her to join FOHSEN.

When asked why she chose to join the FOHSEN board, Ndeye doesn’t hesitate: “FOHSEN’s vision to train community health workers in order to achieve health equity is aligned with my passion. For Ndeye, women’s health is not an afterthought, it is central to sustainable development. She recognizes that empowering CHWs, particularly in underserved areas, is a proven way to improve maternal and child health, combat preventable diseases, and strengthen entire communities.
Though new to the board, she’s already energized by the dynamic mix of talent and commitment in the room. “What stands out is the rich and diverse team of experts at FOHSEN. I’m excited to learn from each of them,” she shares.
